Readiness — Know before you go.

Need help, found a bug, or want to tell us the score got something wrong? Email boban.ilik08@gmail.com and you'll hear back within two business days.

Getting started

Why is my score low-confidence on the first day?

Readiness learns your personal baselines over your first week. Until then it compares you to typical values, which is less accurate than comparing you to yourself. Wear your Apple Watch overnight and the score sharpens each day.

Why does it say HRV wasn't detected?

Heart rate variability is measured while you sleep, so your watch needs to be worn overnight and fitted snugly — a loose band is the usual cause. Sleep tracking must also be enabled in the Health app.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No, but you'll get more out of it with one. Readiness reads from Apple Health, so any device that writes there works — Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura, Whoop, Fitbit, and others. Without any wearable data, scores are estimates.

Your data

What happens to my health data?

Your score is calculated on your device. The AI coaching features send the relevant metrics to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the text you read. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile → Delete account in the app. This permanently removes your account and the data associated with it. If you can't access the app, email us and we'll do it for you.

Subscriptions

What does Readiness Pro include?

Score history and trends, the daily training guide, AI coaching and chat, weekly reports, smart alerts, and CSV export.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancel through your Apple subscriptions page or in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling during a free trial means you're never charged.

I paid but Pro isn't showing

Tap Restore Purchases on the upgrade screen. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the Apple ID you purchased under and we'll sort it.

Still stuck?

Email boban.ilik08@gmail.com. Telling us your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it went wrong gets you a useful answer faster.
