Readiness reads your HRV, resting heart rate and sleep from Apple Health and turns them into one number every morning: how ready your body is to train. Know when to push. Know when to rest.

Readiness reads three things: heart rate variability, resting heart rate and sleep. Nothing else. If your watch keeps HRV to itself, enter it in two taps.
Your first seven nights teach Readiness your personal baselines. Scores are measured against your normal, not someone else's average.
Every morning: your score, what drove it, and a briefing that tells you whether today calls for a hard session or active recovery.
A personalised morning summary written by a coach that knows your numbers. Why your score is what it is, and what to do about it today.
"Should I do my long run tomorrow?" Your coach has your full history and answers in plain English rather than charts.
A readiness forecast, so you can move your key session before fatigue arrives instead of after.
Readiness watches for the patterns that precede burnout and tells you before you dig a hole you have to climb out of.
Log alcohol, illness, travel or a late night, and watch your coach connect them to what your body did next.
A widget keeps today's score one glance away, so you know before you go.
Health apps make a lot of claims. Ours link to the research behind them, both here and inside the app, and where our guidance is a rule of thumb rather than a finding, we say so. Readiness is a general wellness app and does not diagnose or treat any condition.
Yes. Garmin keeps HRV inside Garmin Connect, so Readiness lets you enter your morning HRV in a couple of taps and blends it with the sleep and heart-rate data your watch does sync. Everything else is automatic.
No. Readiness reads Apple Health, so any device that writes there works: Apple Watch, Garmin, Polar, Fitbit, Whoop, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Oura Ring and more. You need an iPhone, and a wearable that tracks sleep and heart rate.
Your readiness score is calculated on your device. The AI features send the relevant metrics to Anthropic's Claude to write your briefing and chat replies, and nothing more. Your data is never sold and never shared with advertisers. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is sent and what is not.
Readiness scores you against your own baselines, not population averages, and it takes about seven days of overnight wear to learn them. Scores sharpen as calibration completes.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple and cancelled in your iPhone settings under Apple Account → Subscriptions, any time. The 14-day free trial on the annual plan can be cancelled before it converts and you will not be charged.
